From the Rochettevino cru’ in La Morra, known as Rutuin in Piedmontese. Terrain is hilly, with vines planted at 300 m.asl. Soil is a combination of clay and chalk. 6,000 vines planted per ha., with a 56 hl./ha. yield.
Macerated at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 6 - 8 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 - 12 months.
