Barolo DOCG Rochettivino

Vineyards located in La Morra, in the Rocchettevino cru. The terrain is hilly, with a south-easterly exposure. Planted at 400 m. above sea level Soil composed of a combination of clay and chalk. Yields 45 Hl. per Ha. 4,000 vines planted per Ha. Average


Traditionally macerated for at least 18 - 20 days in glass-lined concrete vats. Aged for 24 months in 50 hl. Slavonian oak barrels. Can be aged for up to 15 years, often peaking at the 12 year mark.
