South and south westerly exposure. Vines are guyot-trained.

Vinification

Fermented using naturally-occurring yeasts. Submerged-cap maceration lasts 22 - 38 days. Traditionally aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 4 - 5 years. Aged for one year in the bottle.
