From the Bricco Boschis cru. Grapes benefit from a south-westerly exposure, and are guyot-trained.


Fermented with naturally-occurring yeasts. The submerged-cap maceration lasts 22 - 38 days. Aged in Slovenian oak barrels for 4 - 5 years, then in the bottle for a year before commercial release.
