From the Serraboello vineyard in Neive, planted in 1953. 4,600 vines planted per ha., harvested in the last week of October.
Harvested in late October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in rotofermenters for 10 days at 26 - 28° C. The wine is then moved to Slavonian oak casks for 36 months, where the malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is then held in stainless steel tanks for 2 months before being bottled. Unfiltered and unfined.
