From the Serraboella vineyard in Neive, planted between 1953 and 1984. 4,600 vines planted per ha.
Harvested in late September. Fermented in a rotofermenter for 10 days at 26 - 28° C. The wine is then moved to Slavonian oak casks, where the malolactic fermentation occurs, after which the wine is left to mature for a following 18 months. Finally the wine is held in stainless steel tanks for 2 months before bottling. Unfiltered and unfined.
