8,500 vines per hectare. From the upper Maremma, Colline Metallifere zone. Vines are cordon-spur trained. Soil is a rich combination of clay with significant pebble content - good for drainage. The higher plots are more pebbly, those lower down have more silt. 8,500 vines planted per ha. Vines are cultivated according to organic principles.


Hand-harvested. Matured in new French barriques for 6 months.

3,000 bottles produced annually.

Grape Varieties

A blend of Traminer, Riesling and Chardonnay in equal parts.
