From vineyards in the historical parts of Chianti, by the gates of Castellina in Chianti.
The maceration process takes place in stainless steel vats and lasts 15 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C. Next the wine is matured for 15 months in 90 hl. Slavonian oak barrels and glass-lined cement vats. The wine is then aged 3 months in the bottle.
