Planted in 1969, the vineyards have a south and south-westerly exposure. Vines are planted at 290 - 320 m.a.s.l, with a density of 5,000 plants per/ha. Soil is composed of 49% clay, 36% silt, with a pH level of 8.05. Yield is approximately 1,3 Kg per vine.
