Viticulture

The Mastrojanni vineyards are planted between 180 and 440 m.asl, with approximately 5,700 plants per ha. Vines are south, south-west and south-east facing.

Vinification

After fermentation, the wine is matured for 6 - 7 months in 54 hl.-sized Allier oak barrels, then bottle aged for a minimum of 3 months in the winery's cellars. 34, 000 bottles produced annually.
