Paleo Bianco IGT

Region: Toscana


Made from grapes from the following vineyards: Casa Vecchia and Madonnina. Soil is a fertile mix of clay and chalk. Double cordon spur and guyot trained.


Harvested in late August. Destemmed and cold macerated with a gentle pressing. Fermented in 225 lt. barriques (half new, half of first passage).

Grape Varieties

70% Sauvignon, 30% Chardonnay.
