From hillside vineyards. Soil is rich in volcanic minerals. Vineyards are south-east, south and south-west facing. Vines are guyot and cordon-spur trained. 3,300 vines planted per ha. Yield per ha. is capped at the Breganze DOC legislation.
Fermented in thermoconditioned vats, with the cap punched down up to 5 times per day. 8 day maceration. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
