Chardonnay Linticlarus


From the south and south-east facing vineyards of Entiklar, planted at 260 - 320 m.asl.
Soil is a combination of chalk, moraine and gravel. Vines are pergola and guyot-trained, with 3,500 - 6,000 planted per ha., yielding 45 - 55 hl. per ha.


Fermentation is followed by a malolactic fermentation in barriques (40% of which are new), and stainless steel. The wine is matured with regular batonnage on the lees for 11 months.
