From the 'Coste del Molino' vineyard, in the commune of Poggio S. Marcello. Soil is of medium consistency, mostly sandy. Vines planted at 210 m.asl. and trained using the simple 'archetti' system. 90 ql. yield per ha.
Vinification
Hand-harvested, usually in the first week of October. Temperature controlled vinificatiopn process.
