Rosso Conero DOC

From vineyards in the Rosso Conero production area. Soil is calcareous. Vines are planted at 80 - 100 m.asl, and are cordon-spur trained.


Hand-harvested at the end of October. Fermented in rosso with a prolonged maceration on the lees in large oak casks. Not filtered or fined.
