Vines are guyot-trained, and planted at an altitude of 450 - 650 m.asl. Vineyards are south-facing. Soil is predominantly composed of sand (80%) with some lime (20%). 3,500 vines planted per ha.
Harvested in early October. Grapes are then gently destemmed and crushed, before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for 13 days to ferment at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Aged in oak for approximately 14 months. Fined in the bottle for 8 months before commerical release.
