Soil is fertile combination of clay and chalk.


Harvested in the first half of October. Fermented on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 12 - 14 days at a controlled temperature of 28 - 30°C. After a natural malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to big barrels for 12 - 15 months. After bottling, it is left to age for 6 - 8 months.
