Founded in 1962 by only 31 grape growers, Cantine Europa today has 1400 members cultivating 4700 hectares of vineyards, producing 500,000 quintals of grape.
The number of grape growers joining the ranks of Cantine Europa remains consistently on the rise, testament to both the discerning level of quality in cantina, as well as the group's commitment to investing in infrastructure and technology. Partnerships with universities and other wine producers have led to constant improvements in wine making.
Ultimately, it is the pride of the locals to continue their forefather's work in this field.
