From the Collecorvino vineyard, planted at 250 m.asl. Soil is of medium consistency, with a sandy presence. Vines are cordon-spur trained, with 4,000 vines planted per ha. 11 tons yielded per ha.
Grapes are harvested in the first half of October. The grapes are first crushed, pressed off and then left to macerate. Then they are left to settle for 18 hours at low temperature (8-10°C). The must is allowed to ferment in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
