Roxan

Established in 1975 as a cooperative, Roxan today has over 700 members (soci). Their current president is Gennaro Matarazzo, and the enologist is Antonio Circelli. Roxan is located in Rosciano, among the dramatic vineyards, overlooked by two of the highest peaks in the Apennines (Gran Sasso and Majella).

Roxan’s 650 hectares of vineyards benefit from this favourable exposure: plenty of sunshine, steady breezes coming from the Adriatic and cooler ones from Gran Sasso.

The winery produces both bottles and 5 litre bag in boxes from varieties including Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Chardonnay and Pecorino.
